Domestic Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping Your Order, We will contact You by email or phone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping is free for orders over €300. For orders under €300, domestic shipping (Italy) has a fixed cost of €10. For international orders, shipping costs €20 for orders under €350.

For made to order products, product development times are required which can vary from 7 to 15 days, plus transit time of 2-6 days.
Overnight delivery only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
[Floriana de Bosi] ships to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs duties, taxes and fees

Damages
